Wine Cellar Sorbets' mission is to produce the finest quality sorbets made from finished wines from around the world. That's right, our sorbets are made from finished, delicious wines. They contain alcohol, up to 5% by volume, and therefore can only be consumed by wine lovers over the age of 21. However, they are considered confection and can be purchased in your favorite gourmet store.

Since wine changes with each passing season, so do our sorbets. Our flavors are based on the vintages, varietals and viticulture regions from where the wines were produced. Therefore each flavor is truly unique, never massed produced and limited in availability. Sorbet Sommelier and partner, David Zablocki, works with vinters from around the world finding wines that he can turn into fabulous sorbets. His goal is to preserve as much of the wine's unique qualities as possible by adding minimal amounts of non-wine ingredients.
